• Training and implementation services

2.3 Service Modifications

• We may modify, update, or discontinue Services at any time
• Major changes will be communicated to users in advance

3. Eligibility and Registration

• We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action
• Violations may result in account suspension or termination

6. Subscription and Billing

6.1 Subscription Plans

• Services are provided on a subscription basis with various plan options
• Subscription fees are based on the number of vehicles and selected features
• Current pricing is available on our website and may change with notice
• Custom enterprise plans are available for large fleets

6.2 Billing and Payment

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice or automatic billing
• We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and wire transfers
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms

6.3 Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew for the same term unless cancelled

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FleetNazar, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
• Data you provide or actions you take using our Services
• Your negligence or willful misconduct
• Any claims by drivers or third parties related to your use of tracking data

We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with our defense.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

• You may terminate your account at any time through account settings
• Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You remain responsible for all charges incurred before termination
• Data export tools are available before account closure

12.2 Termination by FleetNazar

• We may terminate accounts for violation of these Terms
• We may terminate accounts for non-payment of fees
• We may terminate accounts for prolonged inactivity
• We will provide reasonable notice when possible

12.3 Effect of Termination

• Access to Services will be discontinued upon termination
• Data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period
• Surviving provisions of these Terms remain in effect
• No refunds are provided for early termination

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
